The Paphos Archaeological Museum was established in 1964 right after Cyprus regained its independence. From the very beginning, he has been cooperating with Polish researchers working in the region. The exhibition includes, among others, monuments from the excavations at the sites of Maloutena and Agora.
After several years of renovation, the museum building underwent a thorough renovation, and the monuments were presented in a new exhibition. The work was supervised by the Ministry of Communication and Public Works.
The Paphos Archaeological Museum is open Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 to 17:00.
