During 28th EAA Annual Meeting in Budapest the session dedicated to Roman Housing will be held – Roman Housing on the Shores of the Eastern Mediterranean. Global Trends, Local Responses? Organiser of this session is prof. Monika Rekowska from University of Warsaw. Professor Rekowska is a specialist in archaeology of the Eastern Mediterranean with special focus on Cyrenaica and Cyprus. Professor is specialized in ancient urbanistic, ancient housing architecture and also is a supervisor of a project funded by Polish National Science Centre – Residence as Self-Presentation of Urban Elites. Architecture and Decoration of the House of Orpheus in Nea Paphos, the Ancient Capital of Cyprus.
